As a designer, I have always been interested in how space affects the action of a play or the movement and how it can enhance every aspect of a production. Over the last few years I have been working diligently to integrate many aspects of a performance in its various forms by working with different mediums. Also, I am eager to explore the use of the projected image and light installation as a solo artist which can be applied to my work as a theatre designer. I am particularly interested in approaching installation art as I would approach design; both of which can be defined by using materials, media and light to modify how we experience a particular space and exploring it’s meaning.
